It’s best to use a marker, as pens, pencils, and highlighters won’t show up well. Just buy a thick marker that won’t smear when wet. If you have a darker colored cast, you can buy a thick-tipped silver marker.
Remember to keep the marker with you so it’s convenient for others to sign. If you have a small cast, opt for a small marker, as this will allow more space for messages and signatures.
