The manufacturer, Riverside Natural Foods Inc., did an “extensive investigation” of where the recalled products were made, which uncovered an “issue in the manufacturing process,” the FDA stated. That problem has since been fixed.

In astatement posted to MadeGood’s website, the brand said that “there is a very small risk that some of our granola bar products made between January and November 2024 may contain a piece of metal.”

The FDA announcement also includesphotosof the packaging for the bars that are part of the recall.

What This Means for YouMadeGood is recalling some of its popular granola bars because they could contain pieces of metal. If you have any of the affected bars, you can take them back to the store for a refund or contact MadeGood.
